What is Transformational Yoga

Transformational Yoga (TY) is a type of Integral Yoga, created based on the work of Sri Aurobindo and created by Sri Swamiji Vidyananda. TY has been used by practitioners and Yoga Masters all over the world for holistic healing and spiritual progress. Benefits range from health recovery, weight maintenance, healing, increased mental clarity, inner peace to kundalini awakening. A single practice can be short, however it brings quick tangible results.

A Basic TY Session includes rapid cleaning and activation of the 7 main Chakras. In just 1 single workout, accumulated toxins in our physical, emotional, mental and psychic bodies are released. Positive emotions are heightened and the mind, body & spirit are rejuvenated.
