1Tbs Vitamineral Green Powder
1 Tbs Inca Berries
1 Tbs Yacon Syrup
1 Tbs Cacao Powder
1 Squirt Plankton (about 6 drops max)
1 Tsp Maca Powder
1 Tsp Lucuma Powder
1/2 Cup Chia Gel (Concentrated)
1/2 Cup Water
1 Cup frozen bananas (you can substitute with mango pieces/dragon fruit pieces/papaya/blueberries, best to rotate daily!)
