Super Food Power Balls

Desserts are everybody’s favorite when it comes to celebrations and parties. They just make people happier. Imagine making and eating desserts that are not only good for your heart and your skin, but also taste delightfully gastronomical at the same time! Try out the following powerlicious recipe to marry taste, health and fun! 

Prep time: 15 Minutes Yield: Makes 20 medium sized balls

Ingredients:
1 Cup Dates
1 Cup Walnuts
1/3 Cup Tahini
1/2 Cup Ground Flax
3 Tbsp Coconut Oil
1 Tbs Cacao Powder
1 Tbs Maca
1 Tbs Lucuma
1 drop Mint Oil (Food Grade)
½ Cup Cacao Nibs

*Stand by a cup of warm water to move the blades if required in adjusting consistency.
 

Instructions:
1. Place all ingredients in your food processor and process until a dough is formed.
2. Form into 1 inch balls and roll in cacao nibs.
3. Keeps in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
