The Key to a Healthy Gut – Raw Fermented Foods!

*1 Cup Raw Cashews, soaked for 8 hours, rinsed & drained
*3 Cups Filtered Water
*1 Capsule Probiotic Powder

*Cheese Cloth & Basket


1. Blend, pour out into a cheese cloth (rest the cheese-cloth on a cheese basket/shallow saucer), cover and let it sit in a dark corner for 8 hours.

2. After 8 hours, drain the cheese cloth and discard the whey. Remove the cheese and store in a covered container in the fridge.

Power Green Juice Recipe

Dear cherished reader,

This is one of my favourite juice recipes:

*3 slices of fresh Aloe Vera (each about 2″ width)

*2 Cucumbers

*1 Large Green Bell Pepper

*1 Green Apple

*1 Large Bunch Kale

*2 inch piece of Ginger

Run the above ingredients through a slow juicer, strain and drink! Pure green power that always presses my hot buttons. If you have a chance to see me slurping this juice up, I promise you that you will be impressed with my enjoyment. My eyes roll up, and I smile to the ceiling thanking God that I’m alive. My whole body feels alive, cells rejoicing, and I start to grin. Who says you need a reason to be happy?

Goodness me, if I had known 8 years ago that I could be so turned on by a green juice, I may not have dared ventured into raw foods. What GOT my attention then were the cheesecakes, crackers, pies, and ice creams!

Juice your Way to Health!

Dear lovelies,

Did you noticed the number of people falling ill lately has increased? Blame it on the haze, or the ever increasing amount of construction in Singapore.

We observed, with a tint of smugness, that the percentage of our Light Love Laughter Community falling sick is LOWER. Most of us remain in good health, and those who do get sore throat or headiness recover within a day. Hooray!

Here is a quick-remedy juice recipe to protect yourself from the virus outside:

*2 Green Starfuits
*2 Green Apples
*2 inch piece of fresh old ginger
*4 Stalks Celery
*1 Lemon

Add a pinch of sea salt to the juice and drink immediately after juicing! 

The great thing about living foods is that there isn’t really any ‘side effects’ because they are after all, food!

So go ahead and buy the ingredients in bulk, drink up to 3 times a day if possible during this hazy period. (We even add wheatgrass in sometimes!)

– 1/4 Cup Irish Moss/Red Coral Moss 
(Measured dry, soaked in a little warm water for 10 minutes to soften)

1. Place ingredients in a blender, together with water from the soak, and blend until you get a thick chunky mixture. Add a little bit more of water just enough to move the blades.

2. Pour out contents and store in a glass mason jar. Can be kept for up to 3 days in the refrigerator.

3. After washing and drying your face, apply a generous layer of the mask all over, and lie down for 20 minutes. Rinse off and pat dry gently. Follow up with your favourite moisturisers (optional).

Try out the following powerlicious recipe to marry taste, health and fun! 

Prep time: 15 Minutes Yield: Makes 20 medium sized balls

1 Cup Dates
1 Cup Walnuts
1/3 Cup Tahini
1/2 Cup Ground Flax
3 Tbsp Coconut Oil
1 Tbs Cacao Powder
1 Tbs Maca
1 Tbs Lucuma
1 drop Mint Oil (Food Grade)
½ Cup Cacao Nibs

*Stand by a cup of warm water to move the blades if required in adjusting consistency.

1. Place all ingredients in your food processor and process until a dough is formed.
2. Form into 1 inch balls and roll in cacao nibs.
3. Keeps in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

Antioxidant Bomb

1 Cup Pineapple Cubes

1 Cup Watermelon Cubes

1 Cup Apple Cubes (Jazz or Rose apples)

2 Squirts Marine Phytoplankton

2 Cups Coconut Water


Blend all ingredients in a blender, pour out and enjoy!


Berry Fizzle

2 Cups Papaya Cubes

1 Cup Goji Berries (soaked in a little water for 30min)

1 Cup Fresh Blueberries

3 Tbs Inca Dried Berries

2 Capsules of Probiotic Powder

Blend all ingredients in a blender and enjoy immediately, or keep in a bottle in the fridge for the friendly bacteria to multiply. Stays good up to 3 days in the fridge.


Chocolate Popsicles

2 Cups Frozen Banana Chunks

1 Tbs Vitamineral Green Powder

2 Tbs Yacon Syrup

3 Tbs Raw Cacao Powder

1 Cup Chia Gel (1/2 cup dry seeds soaked in 1 cup water)

1/2 Cup Water

Blend all ingredients in a blender, pour into popsicle trays or ice cube trays, and freeze. This is so good on a hot summer day (It is summer all year round in Singapore!).

Seven things that most beginners don’t know about Coffee Enemas

Most people who are new to Coffee Enemas has one or more of the following internal conversations:


“It must be very painful to stick something up the ass.”

“Its going to be a hell of a mess!”

“Will it burst something in my stomach?”

“So scary; will I die?”

“I don’t drink coffee, I’m allergic.”


Fact 1: Nobody died before

Nobody has ever died from coffee enemas before. On the contrary, people have been saved from life threatening diseases using Coffee Enema therapy and high quality super foods.
